History

Design 21 Company, Inc. is an architectural, engineering and consulting firm experienced in performing Architectural Design, Space Planning, Plans and Specifications, for Commercial, Industrial and Residential Projects.

Founded in 1981, Design 21 has steadily expanded its services beyond the technical field of the building industry to accommodate the owners’ needs for Construction Supervision, Construction Management, and Project Development Services.

Design 21 has conducted consulting work for several financial institutions to produce building status reports, project cost estimates and field inspection reports. Our consulting services also include building failure reports, court testimony as expert witness, and corrective procedure reports.

As of January 2010 we have expanded our inspectional services to include FHA 203-K inspection reports, and Home Inspection reports to assist lenders in their loan packages to perspective homebuyers. Design 21 has three (3) FHA 203-K inspectors on staff to facilitate inspection needs.
